I’m a Southerner who was raised by Caribbeans.

Growing up around within two distinct cultures gave me an early appreciation for personality, music, humor, and the different ways people tell their stories. Long before I ever picked up a camera, I was paying attention to the moments I shared with family, the various characters I have been introduced to, along with the experiences happening around me. Eventually, that curiosity found its way behind a lens—and what started with a camera became something much bigger: a passion for filmmaking and directing.
